These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by First Impressions Commercial Services, a service of Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at hhcconline.com. By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

First Impressions Commercial Services provides commercial cleaning and facility services. Service details, scheduling, and scope are agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or suspension of service.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting during a service interaction, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from First Impressions Commercial Services regarding appointments, job status updates, and service notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Payment

Payment terms are as agreed upon in your service agreement or invoice. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Impressions Commercial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Impressions Commercial Services and Helping Hands Commercial Cleaning LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available at hhcconline.com/terms-and-conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
